Dear Donna: A Pinup So Swell She Kept G.I. Mail
Here is a wonderful story for Memorial Day:
Dear Donna: A Pinup So Swell She Kept G.I. Mail
Donna Reed, academy award winning actress, kept hundreds of letters from U.S. Servicemen who wrote to her during World War II. Donna died in 1986, her children found the letters stored in her garage almost 65 years after they were written.
Enjoy your Memorial Day and take a little time to consider the sacrifices made that allow us to live in the greatest nation on earth.
